RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Syncyre Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase, especially when ordering custom, altered, or specialty items.

5-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 calendar days from the verified delivery date shown by the shipping carrier to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received
Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in its original packaging
Include your receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at SyncyreDesigns@gmail.com within the 5-day return period.

Do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization from Syncyre Designs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an error by Syncyre Designs or an eligible defective/damaged item, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. As we triple inspect and record all items before leaving our facility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us IMMEDIATELY at SyncyreDesigns@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please include your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Custom-made garments
Special orders
Personalized items
Altered garments
Items hemmed, resized, tailored, or otherwise modified specifically for the customer
Khimars
Masks
Dancewear / Exotic Wear
Costumes
Swimwear
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Custom and alteration orders are made or modified specifically for the individual customer and therefore cannot be returned because of change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, or failure to collect/wear the garment.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return, request authorization within the 5-day return period. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new, separate order for the item you would like instead.

REFUNDS

Once your authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, applicable consumer laws may provide customers with a 14-day cancellation or return period, notwithstanding our standard 5-day policy.

Where this right applies, returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exceptions permitted under applicable law, including certain personalized, custom-made, altered, or hygiene-sensitive products, may still apply.

By completing a purchase with Syncyre Designs, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy, including all applicable final-sale and non-returnable item restrictions.
